About Me

Mylène Pillet-Carbiener studied law at the Université de Metz in France and obtained a degree in cross-border commercial law and a Master II. She also holds an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in civil law from the University of Trier in Germany. She was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2012.

Since her admission to the Luxembourg Bar in 2012, Mylène Pillet-Carbiener has worked as a lawyer at M&S. Since joining M&S, she has also been employed as a lecturer in employment law by a non-profit organisation.

She has experience in civil and commercial litigation as well as employment and immigration matters. Mylène Pillet-Carbiener places great emphasis on being 100 per cent available to her clients and believes that clients should be able to trust their lawyers unconditionally. In order to build a trusting relationship, she believes that an approachable and friendly demeanour combined with a willingness to listen to her clients is crucial. This enables her to help them in every way possible and she has already handled many successful cases.

Thanks to her bilingual training, Mylène Pillet-Carbiener can advise her clients fluently in French and German. She also has a basic knowledge of English and Luxembourgish.
