Gregor Berke

About Me

Gregor H. Berke is a German attorney (Düsseldorf Bar Association) who has been active in Luxembourg finance, investment, and capital markets law for approximately 25 years, in various roles and responsibilities.

In addition to providing legal advice to German investors, fund initiators, and financial service providers, he also serves as an Independent Director, overseeing committee mandates for investment funds and their special purpose vehicles. Most recently, he has been involved with a real estate fund focused on property development in the Berlin metropolitan area (AuM: 1 billion euros), including its tax structuring (RETT blocker, interest barrier) and ongoing corporate legal advisory (CoSec).

Gregor H. Berke is Of Counsel at M&S Law and is proficient in German, English, French, and Spanish, with basic knowledge of Italian.
