Christopher Maan graduated with a BA/BSC in Business Management and Law from the University of Derby, United Kingdom. He then obtained a Law degree (LLB (Hons)) from the University of Derby BPP Law School, United Kingdom.
Christopher Maan specialises in corporate law and M&A. Prior to joining M&S as a legal advisor, Christopher Maan ran a boutique firm specialising in corporate and tax law.
Christopher Maan has represented Fortune 500 companies and private clients, gaining extensive experience in M&A transactions.
He has also advised international companies on corporate restructurings, internal financings and international equity sales, among other matters.
