Christopher qualified with a BA/BSC in Business Management and Law from the University of Derby, United Kingdom. He then graduated with a Law LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Derby BPP Law School, United Kingdom.

Christopher specialises in corporate and M&A Law. Before joining M&S as a Legal Consultant, Christopher managed a boutique law firm specialising in corporate and tax law.

Christopher has represented Fortune 500 companies and private clients, thereby acquiring significant experience with respect to M&A transactions.

He has also advised international businesses on, inter alia, corporate restructuring, internal financing and international sale of shares.

Christopher speaks Dutch, Italian, Turkish, English and French.
