About Me
Julie Kölzer-Warnecke graduated from the University of Trier with both law degrees and completed her legal traineeship in Trier, Luxembourg and Paris. She was admitted to the bar in both Germany and Luxembourg in 2016.
She also holds a Master’s degree (Master I) in Criminal Law from the University Montesquieu Bordeaux IV in France.
She has in-depth knowledge of private international law and commercial contract law. Her part-time employment in a Luxembourg commercial law firm and her internship in an asset management company have given her practical experience in the field of investment funds.
As an associate at M&S, Julie Kölzer-Warnecke is particularly active in the areas of contract law, corporate law, private international law and employment law.
